Your property manager provides you with the service phone number. By sending your first text message to that number, you consent to receive automated SMS replies from Morphik to help process your maintenance request.
What messages will I receive?
You will receive automated replies asking follow-up questions about your maintenance issue (e.g., facility location, unit number, issue details) and confirming your work order submission.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your conversation. A typical maintenance request involves 3–10 messages.
